When providing a Client with access you will need to make sure that you have set them up in the Clientele section prior to giving them log in credentials, the same for Teams you will need to set the team up first in the Clientele tab prior to adding them here.
You will need to provide each individual their own user name and password. Once you give this to them they change the password at anytime
